Answer: Did you know that 25-30 percent of the Bible consists of prophecy? Prophecy helps us to see an active, living God, who is not just interested in the affairs of the human beings He created, but who actually has a Plan that He is working out here below to ultimately bring salvation and truth to all who will receive it.  Amos 3 tells us:  “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he reveals his secret unto his servants the prophets” (v. 7, KJV)
